George, thanks for writing in. Check out our "Changes to Your Face (Facial Lipoatrophy)" lesson (under "Side Effects & Other Health Problems" in our Lesson Index). And visit our Forums to discuss further.

PLEASE have Matt or Peter contact, email me anything, to give me information on facial lipo fix,or face fillers. I'm desperate with no insurance, but tell me about Tiaquana Mx. I am starved for good education and treatment knowledge for helping myself. Thank You

Is so good to read positive comments about long time survivor. it sort of encourage those of us who got to know about our stutus not long ago. i am really encourage by Steve Hemraj commet. he has said it all. we might hiv poz but that doesnt mean the end of road for us. we stillhave lots of things to live for. Worrying is certainly not one of them.

Fascinated by Peter Stanely's Story. Am hapy we accept ourselves as a new generation that will live more serious lives. I have been through all the tough times, loosing jobs, rejection by relatives and friends, mention it all. My ideal stand is we must live our lives no one should bring us down.

I am so glad to come across something like this interview, I am also a longtime survivor (24yrs) I'm at the point now where I have to wait for new drugs to come out to see if I can take them. I do have so much to tell so seeing this makes me want to tell my story on what I go thru and have been thru, Thank You!

great interview! Hey POZ, more video interviews like this are good for my soul. I feel filled w/ hope for a brighter future and "get" the love between these 2 friends. Matt Sharpe thanks for paving the way. We need more treatment experienced to speak out.

Thank you for the positive focus on a long-term survivor. Testing positive in 1985 was very different than testing positive now. Now there are options early on. This year is the first time I have been undetectible thanks to Prezista. Yes we all lost many friends so it is our turn to become activists for adherence to therapy and keeping informed about new regimens.

Great to see a few more dinasaurs out there. I'm in my 21st year, still undetectable, and my CD4 counts are usually around 750. I know that a major part of my longevity is due to a positive attitude.

Great Job! Do more of these. Prezista is a miracle. First time I have been undetectable in twenty years.

Really great to see Matt Sharp again even if it is in video. I know Matt from the Healing Alternatives in San Francisco from 20 years ago! It was a great group of folks that had so much information to share and hugs and lots of love too. Unfortunately too many of them aren't with us anymore. Glad to see Matt doing so well! I am also one of the long term "Thrivers" (a step up from survivor!). Many thanks to Matt's pozitive attitude and outlook too! Aloha and Mahalo!

The secret of living with HIV is doing what you must do; take your medications, keep your doctor's appointment, eat healthy, rest and enjoy life to it's fullest. Go back to work, college and live as though you were never sick. HIV is just another illness. What da heck?! Live and Let live! Stop whining about HIV we are not dying now or anytime sooner. Death is inevitable, so is war, bigotry, racism, and poverty. We have to find our own survival skills but we must live - live well.
